Another year, another set of goals

I like goals, they give me something to work towards even if I don't always get there.

While this month sees the end of the Shadowlands Trilogy I have a new series starting in July set around the fairy Court of Annwyn and how the trouble bleeds into out world.

I also have 4 novellas coming out in the first half of the year (Midsummer’s Eve, Dark Secrets, Lunar Exposure and Ruby’s Ghost). Between edits and promo I hope to write two novellas—they’re plotted and ready to write (actually I have 3 plotted but I don’t know if I’ll get to the third).

And I’d like to write 2 novels—I just have to decide which 2 at the moment and I have so many shiny ideas :)

Last year I did the goodreads challenge, and completed it, so I’ve decided to do it again. I’m not increasing the number of books however as I think 50 is a nice round number.

I’m also going to read 5 books by Australian women writers (as part of my 50 books) for the AWW2013 challenge. On my TBR pile are The Flame and the Shadow and The Lone Warrior by Denise Rossetti, The Emperor’s Conspiracy by Michelle Diener, Wanted: One Scoundrel by Jenny Schwartz and Flesh by Kylie Scott.
